Holly,
Best wishes in using this promotional/sales tool (selling books at an event) as part of your marketing plan.

Partnering to rent space is certainly a great way to increase the potential for a return on this type of marketing investment. I hope this blog post will generate some interest in your partnership proposal - I see that there have been several visitors alreading and I know of a tweet or two directing people to it.

Since it is getting some traffic, I’d humbly recommended providing a little more information about your book and the event.

I hope it will help you recruit partners by demonstrating the potential in event-based book marketing and sales.

The Exhibition hours are: Sat 10-7, Sun 11-6. The Exhibitor Information Kit has not yet been released. They are expecting a good turnout. They've gotten between 25K and 35K visitors per event in other cities, according to the representative I've been working with. Merchandise will probably need to be at the table in advance and picked up after the show closes. Since the venue will be so crowded, they don't want move-ins or move-outs going on at the same time as public access.
