Connecticut Governor Malloy has declared September 1st as Connecticut Authors' Day. APSS-CT sponsored the bill, and Chapter President June Hyjek is proud to have enabled this recognition of the contribution that CT authors make in the lives of others.
On Sep 1, APSS-CT will have a press conference, followed by an invitation-only reception at the Mark Twain House. APSS-CT members will be donating books to a variety of shelters and charities throughout the month. Congratulations to all Connecticut authors!
