Well I'm jumping in with all four  feet!  The manuscript is done and I have a professional editor going through it right now.  I am in the process of interviewing typesetters and indexers and book cover design people, and printers.  I think I hit all the different areas. 

The purpose of the book is to help entrepreneurs take their first steps in starting their own companies.  Giving them a boost in the right direction and eliminating the fear and other areas that stop them from moving forward while also providing first hand advice on different aspects of business.   

I am also looking to create the references in the front of the book and making a list of who to send the gally's to for personal references to use.  I'm struggling with this piece.  I am thinking Entrepreneurs Magazine, Success Magazine -- but how do you get these big guys to respond when you don't know anyone.

If anyone can help in any of these areas --- or tell me what I am missing I would be grateful!
