Hi Carolyn,

Thanks for your post earlier today. I am writing to let you know that, as a site admin, I modified your email address so that it couldn't be picked up by SPAM bots that troll the interwebz.

These SPAM bots look for valid email addresses that are whole and then add them to SPAM marketing lists.

I modified your email address so that it is still readable by human eyes, making is less easy to access by the SPAM bots which scan the HTML code.  These SPAM bots look at all websites across the entire Internet, and in the long run they may "learn" how to read the same we read.

In these regards, one option would be to not give out your email address at all - on the public forum boards, and instead use SPANnet's messaging service to share your email privately.

I am open in this case to what ever's best, as I feel that the small modification that I have made has already helped, significantly protect you from automated trolls. However, as best practice, it never hurts to only publicly post an email address that is something you want to share with the whole world.

Please let me know if you have any questions in this regard, and thank you for all your time and energy spent sharing here on SPANnet.

Sincerely,

Bradley Flora

My hard cover gift books were printed at Everbest Printing Company, Nansha, China.

I was pleased with the work. I went through Four Color Print Group (http://www.fourcolour.com), but you may be able to contact Everbest directly.

Hope this helps.

Oh, I forgot to answer your question, we use Worzalla, they have been wonderful. We have a hardbound full color picture book, and have found that they allow us to publish in the USA, which we want and the price is competitive with overseas printers (we have done that too), but the quality is better. You might check them at http://www.worzallasite.com/

Hi Carolyn,

I too have to say chocolate is a plus in any given situation! We started our publishing company 4 years ago, with books for military children. It has been an interesting adventure and it seems we do something we don't know how to do almost every day. Just sent a new book to press Wed.! (our third hardback)

It sounds like you have lots of experitse the rest of us can enjoy learning from,

Welcome!
