The smaller your niche the greater your opportunity. Instead of writing a book on nutrition write a book on nutrition for long-distance runners, etc
400,000 titles were published last year. How many can you name? How many other people can name your book as one of them?
Two factors control the volume and velocity of book sales: 1) marketing and 2) momentum
Use goals as a thermometer - a measuring device, not a controlling apparatus. Focus on the actions that cause profits to increase or decrease
