Writing and publishing your book isn't enough. You have to deliberately and systematically market (and yes, sell) your book as well.

An exceptional marketing program is critical to your book's success, from the moment you first start thinking about your book, through actually realizing the completed product (print or eBook). 

Marketing encompasses six separate and distinct elements on the wheel of success.

Those elements include:
